I can’t say enough good things about this company! They created a custom piece for me as a surprise for my husband, and the entire experience was great.
What truly stood out was their communication — they personally texted and called to make sure every detail was perfect. That level of care is rare and meant so much. (Especially to a wife who wasn’t sure which direction to go with the design.)
The craftsmanship is beautiful, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. I highly recommend them. All our LEO friends who have seen it have also complimented the unique quality design! 10/10!!

From initial contact to final product the communication and professionalism was amazing !

Adam was very communicative throughout the whole process of tweaking my design to my liking. I was concerned about how well my meager 40 coins would look on a 75-coin display. He showed me a digital image of how it would look with 40 coins, so that helped tremendously in my decision making process. Adam also worked with me on creating the design of my liking and showed a digital copy of that as well.

The Valor Board was made and shipped expeditiously and arrived in a meticulously packed box. There were a couple very minor shipping dents and Adam was very upset that his product didn’t arrive in perfect condition. He offered to make me a new one but I declined. He was very eager to get my opinion on how to protect the boards better in future shipments. Despite the minor dings, you could see the pride that went into making this board.

I will be ordering another board in the future for my brother.

Ive ordered a few boards but this one i git from valor boards is by far my favorite!! The communication, speed and Quality is by far the best. They even did a full color logo of my company on the board
