Most customers send us a logo, badge, patch, screenshot, photo, name, dates, or a rough idea. We help turn that into a board design, send you a mockup, and make revisions before we build.

We send the mockup before production. If something needs adjusting, we revise it.

Which size should I buy?
Regular is 20" x 10.5" and holds about 25 coins. XL is 33" x 17.25" and holds about 75 coins. Desktop is 21.5" x 10.75" and holds about 130 coins. Coin sizes vary, so text us at 346-550-7600 if you want help choosing.
What if I only have a rough idea?
That is normal. Send the logo, badge, patch, screenshot, photo, name, dates, unit, department, or whatever details you have. We’ll help shape it into a board design.
What if I do not have a clean logo file?
Send what you have. A screenshot, photo, patch, PDF, or older file is enough to start. We’ll review it and let you know if we need a better version.
Will I see a mockup before production?
Yes. We send a mockup before we build. If something needs to move, change, or get cleaned up, we revise it before production.
Can this be a surprise gift?
Yes. Many Valor Boards are gifts for retirements, birthdays, ceremonies, promotions, deployments, auctions, and memorials. You do not need every detail figured out before ordering.
How fast can I get it?
Most orders ship within 7 days after design approval. If you have a deadline, tell us early and we’ll be straight with you about timing.
