  3. We send you a mockup before production and make revisions until it looks right.
  4. Once you approve it, we build, finish, and ship your board.

You don’t need perfect artwork. Send what you have — a logo, photo, screenshot, patch, PDF, or just the idea — straight from your phone. We’ll take it from there and get it ready.

You don't need all the design details ironed out. We'll call after you order and talk through some design ideas. Most customers send us a logo, badge, patch, screenshot, photo, name, dates, or a rough idea. We help turn that into a board design, send you a mockup, and make revisions before we build.

What if I only have a rough idea?

That is normal. Send the logo, badge, patch, screenshot, photo, name, dates, unit, department, or whatever details you have. We’ll help shape it into a board design.

What if I do not have a clean logo file?

Send what you have. A screenshot, photo, patch, PDF, or older file is enough to start. We’ll review it and let you know if we need a better version.

Will I see a mockup before production?

Yes. We send a mockup before we build. If something needs to move, change, or get cleaned up, we revise it before production.

Can this be a surprise gift?

Yes. Many Valor Boards are gifts for retirements, birthdays, ceremonies, promotions, deployments, auctions, and memorials. You do not need every detail figured out before ordering.

How fast can I get it?

Most orders ship within 7 days after design approval. If you have a deadline, tell us early and we’ll be straight with you about timing.
