Here’s how the custom design works:
- Place your order and choose your size.
- We text or call you for the logo, lettering, names, dates, badge, patch, or rough idea you want on the board.
- We send you a mockup before production and make revisions until it looks right.
- Once you approve it, we build, finish, and ship your board.
You don’t need perfect artwork. Send what you have — a logo, photo, screenshot, patch, PDF, or just the idea — and we’ll help you get it ready.
Buying this as a gift?
You do not have to have the whole design figured out before you order. Send us what you know — branch, department, unit, badge, logo, name, dates, rank, retirement info, or even a rough idea. We’ll help shape it into a board that makes sense for the person receiving it.
Before we build anything, we send you a mockup so you can see the design and request changes. If you have a birthday, retirement, ceremony, auction, or deployment date, tell us early and we’ll let you know what’s realistic.

How your idea becomes a Valor Board
You do not need a finished design before you order. Most customers send us a logo, badge, patch, screenshot, photo, name, dates, or a rough idea. We help turn that into a board design, send you a mockup, and make revisions before we build.

We send the mockup before production. If something needs adjusting, we revise it.

Once you approve the design, we make it in our Houston-area shop, finish it, package it, and ship it.

Which size should I buy?
Regular is 20" x 10.5" and holds about 25 coins. XL is 33" x 17.25" and holds about 75 coins. Desktop is 21.5" x 10.75" and holds about 130 coins. Coin sizes vary, so text us at 346-550-7600 if you want help choosing.
What if I only have a rough idea?
That is normal. Send the logo, badge, patch, screenshot, photo, name, dates, unit, department, or whatever details you have. We’ll help shape it into a board design.
What if I do not have a clean logo file?
Send what you have. A screenshot, photo, patch, PDF, or older file is enough to start. We’ll review it and let you know if we need a better version.
Will I see a mockup before production?
Yes. We send a mockup before we build. If something needs to move, change, or get cleaned up, we revise it before production.
Can this be a surprise gift?
Yes. Many Valor Boards are gifts for retirements, birthdays, ceremonies, promotions, deployments, auctions, and memorials. You do not need every detail figured out before ordering.
How fast can I get it?
Most orders ship within 7 days after design approval. If you have a deadline, tell us early and we’ll be straight with you about timing.
