- Rank or title
- Dates of service
- Badge, patch, shield, unit logo, branch mark, or department logo
- Motto, call sign, station, precinct, command, or agency
- Retirement, promotion, ceremony, deployment, or memorial date
What if you only have a rough idea?
Send it anyway. We work with screenshots, photos, PDFs, patches, badges, old logos, and rough notes. If something will not print cleanly, we’ll tell you and help figure out the next step.
Keep the board focused
The goal is not to cram everything onto the board. The goal is to make the display feel like it belongs to that person, unit, department, or service story.
